After years of resisting temptation, I finally succumbed and jumped on the iPhone bandwagon. This gadget geek has a new toy, and boy is it a beauty.
For years, I have been lugging around a cell phone and an iPod. The iPhone conveniently merges both into one pretty, and very usable package. The multitude of free apps and wi-fi capability are icing on the cake.
In addition to the standard social networking apps, like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, here are a few of my must-have apps:

Oh, and I can’t end this post without making it very clear that I am still very much a PC, and not a Mac. As far as ad campaigns go, none have nauseated me more than the Apple Get a Mac ads. I have nothing against Macs, but Apple, with this series of ads, has shamelessly misrepresented Vista, while suggesting that their operating system – OSX – is essentially flawless.
